Leadership is measured by results, not promises.

The progress we've made is worth protecting.

During my first term on the Forest Lake School Board, I was honored to serve as Board President during a period of significant change. Working with my fellow board members and district leadership, we strengthened governance, restored fiscal responsibility, improved transparency, and kept our focus where it belongs: helping every student reach their potential. Enrollment is stabilizing after decades of decline, and student achievement is showing measurable improvement.

As a husband, father of three, longtime Forest Lake community member, and executive leader, I approach every decision with a guiding principle: doing what is best for students while being responsible stewards of taxpayer dollars.

Strong schools are built through thoughtful leadership, continuous improvement, and a commitment to what works for students. We should continue building on the lessons we've learned, not return to approaches that have not delivered the results our students deserve. I respectfully ask for your support as we continue moving Forest Lake Area Schools forward together.
